Dear colleagues, we are really glad to invite you to the 6th Panhellenic Congress of Ocular Inflammations and Infections, which will be held from November 12th, 2010 to November 14th in Ioannina, in Hotel Du Lac Congress Center.
The Hellenic Society for the Study of Ocular Inflammations and Infections (HSSOII) is pleased to announce the contribution of the Society for Ophthalmo-Immunoinfectiology in Europe (SOIE) in the realization of this Congress. This highly scientific event is based on the valuable support of the Department of Ophthalmology of Medical School and under the Auspices of the University of Ioannina.
Taking under consideration the fact that, ocular inflammations and infections concern, not only the eye from the ocular surface to the fundus, but the orbit, the eyelids and the lacrimal apparatus as well, the HSSOII decided to organize a Congress, which will highlight the most recent developments regarding ocular inflammations. The Administrative Council of the Society will focus on achieving this aim with the participation of a high level Greek and Foreign Faculty.
We look forward to welcoming you in the beautiful city of Ioannina and we do hope that, having your active participation and display of your research activity through oral or poster presentations, the Congress will become particularly fruitful to all of us.
The President of HSSOII
